Clan Halls

Εντολή: .hall

The window

Type .hall (or .clanhall / .ch), or open the Hall entry of the .clan window.
My hall shows your clan's hall: rent, what the clan warehouse covers, every function and its next payment.
All halls lists every clan hall with its owner, rent and auction; Hall sieges the six halls taken by force.

A clan owns one hall at most. The window works for any member; paying actions follow the clan rank privileges.

An auction hall costs its rent every week, taken from the clan warehouse.
When the warehouse is short the clan gets one grace day; if it is still short the hall is lost and goes back to auction.
The clan is warned 24 h before the rent is due when the warehouse cannot pay it: clan chat, a mail to the leader and a line at login.

Siege halls (Devastated Castle, Fortress of the Dead...) have no rent: they stay the clan's until a siege takes them.

Functions: HP / MP / EXP recovery, teleport, support magic, item creation and decorations. The levels depend on the hall grade.
The first period is paid from the bag of the member who sets it; every renewal comes from the clan warehouse, and the function stops when the warehouse is short.
Set, change or remove them in .hall > Change (or at the Chamberlain), with a confirm step. It needs the rank privilege Set functions.

Hall buffs: with a Support magic function, members take its buffs from anywhere. They come from a pool of 1500 MP per hall that refills 60 MP a minute; each buff costs its own MP.
Go home: casts the Scroll of Escape: Clan Hall without a scroll (20 s, a hit breaks it), once every 30 min (a broken cast does not count).
Both need peace: not in combat, flagged or with karma, not in the Olympiad, an event, an instance, a siege or boss zone, a duel or jail.

A clan of level 2+ with no hall bids on a free hall in All halls (or at an Auctioneer). The bid is taken from the clan warehouse; only the auction rank privilege may bid.
A higher bid takes only the difference. A cancelled bid at the Auctioneer returns 90%. The highest bid wins when the auction ends.

Devastated Castle and Fortress of the Dead: clan level 4+ registers in Hall sieges or with the messenger, up to 10 clans.
Fortress of Resistance: no registration, the clan that hurts Bloody Lord Nurka the most wins.
Bandit Stronghold / Wild Beast Reserve: the leader does the hall quest first. Rainbow Springs: clans hand in certificates.
