Inbox
How it works
- Type .mail (or use the Mailbox NPC in town) to open your inbox.
- Auction proceeds, craft results, rewards and other system messages arrive here as mail.
- Click a subject to read it. Press Claim to take the attached items or adena, or Claim All to take everything at once.
- Mails without attachments can be deleted; a mail that still holds items must be claimed first.
- Use the filters (All / Unread / Items / Player / System) and the search box to find a mail.
What you keep and lose
- Mails expire after 7 day(s). Unclaimed items in a player's mail go back to the sender; other unclaimed items are lost.
- Your inbox holds up to 100 mails (VIP: +50 / +150 / +350 at VIP 1 / 2 / 3).
- Deleted mails are cleared for good after 7 day(s).
Tips
- Sent shows what you mailed; Receipts keeps sale, purchase and craft receipts; Archive holds mails you moved out of the inbox.
- Receipts are kept for 7 day(s).
- The Notifications row toggles the new-mail icon blink and the sound.
- Remote .mail needs VIP level 1 or higher; the Mailbox NPC is open to everyone.
Sending
How it works
- Press Compose in the Inbox, pick any attachments, then type a subject (spaces are fine).
- Attach up to 5 item stacks from the item picker. Search by item name, narrow the list with the All / Weapon / Armor / Jewel / Mats / Other buttons, or press Add Adena to send adena.
- Enter the recipient name, or press Choose Player to pick from your Recent recipients, Friends or Clan mates.
- Write the message (up to 500 characters; the subject is limited to 128), then press Review.
- The Review page shows the recipient, subject, message, items, cost and sends left. Press Send there, or Back to change something.
- Reply and Forward buttons on a received mail do the same with the fields prefilled.
- Changed your mind? Open the mail under Sent and press Unsend while the receiver has not claimed the items.

- Each mail costs 100 adena to send.
- You can send 10 mails per 24 hours (VIP: +10 / +30 / +70 at VIP 1 / 2 / 3).

- Equipped items are unequipped automatically when attached.
Tips
- Untradable items cannot be mailed.
- Augmented items are allowed.
- Quest items are allowed.
- The quota line at the bottom of the Inbox shows how many sends you have left today.
