Account

Sign in on l2vez.com with your game account name and password. It is the same account.
New accounts are created on the website (Create account).
Forgot your password? Use Reset password on the sign-in page: a link is sent to the e-mail on your account and works for 60 minutes.
An account with no e-mail cannot reset its password. Add one on the Account page while signed in, or ask a GM on Discord.

Rankings, boss respawn windows, sieges, heroes and these guides are on the website too, with no sign-in.
The website works in a phone browser: there is nothing to install.
One account works on every server of the website. Each server has its own pages: pick it on the home page or in the Servers menu.

On the Account page press Open next to a character to see its bag, mailbox and reward inbox.
Claim mail attachments and inbox rewards from the page; they go to that character's bag.
The chat panel shows whispers, clan, alliance, party, trade and hero chat live, and lets you answer.
Offline farming or an offline shop is shown with what it earned so far, and can be stopped from the page.
The Auction House page lets you buy, bid, sell and cancel with the character you pick (for players who may use .auc from a distance).

A character that is not in the game is opened hidden: nobody sees it, it cannot be attacked and it earns nothing.
It closes by itself after 120 seconds without use, and at once when you enter the game with it.
An account with a PIN is asked for it on the website when it is opened from a network the PIN has not unlocked. It is the same PIN as in game.

Time on the website does not count as online time: no Attendance credit and no online-time ranking.
Vote rewards, Attendance and promo codes are claimed in game.
Normal and shout chat are not on the website: they are heard around a place, and a website character is nowhere.

Open Donate on the website, pick a package and the character that should receive it, and pay.
The Coin of Luck arrive by mail on that character, usually within a minute.
The first donation of an account gives 10% more Coin of Luck.

The page shows your past donations.
If a payment went through and nothing arrived, tell staff the order number shown on the page.

Bigger packages give more Coin of Luck for the money; the page shows how much more.
