Browsing
How it works
- Type .wiki (or use the Encyclopedia NPC) to open the wiki. Browsing is free for everyone.
- Items, Monsters, Zones and Quests each have a browse list with pages. Items are grouped by grade.
- Use the search box on any wiki page: it looks through items, monsters, quests, leveling spots and the How To Guides at once (2 letters or more).
- An item page shows where it comes from - monster drops, shops, trades, quest rewards - and, for craftable items, its recipe. Press Farm Guide to find out where to farm it.
- A monster page shows its drops and spoil with chances, and where it lives.
- Quests has its own list; open a quest for its details. Zones lists the leveling zone of every level range.
What you keep and lose
- The wiki only shows information; it never changes your character.
- Press How To Guides on the wiki home page to read the guide of any system. Pick a category button to narrow the list; the list has pages.
- The How To search box looks through the text of every guide (titles, commands, tabs and every line) and opens the guide on the tab that matches. A long tab is split into pages.
Tips
- Search for an item first, then press Farm Guide to jump straight to farming spots.
- Zones highlights the main zone for your level; More lists every spot of a level range.
Teleporting
How it works
- On a monster page or an item's Farm Guide, press Teleport; a confirmation page shows the destination and the price.
- Press Confirm to go, or Cancel.
- On Zones, Teleport takes you straight to a leveling spot (no confirmation page); the fee is shown beside it.
What you keep and lose
- Teleporting from .wiki is open to everyone.
- You must start from a town or safe zone.
- The Teleport to your own level zone (also offered when you level up) works outside town too, as long as you are not flagged, chaotic or in combat.
- There is a 120 second wait between wiki teleports.
- The price grows with distance: 15 adena per meter, and it is free below level 40. VIP levels get a discount.
- The teleport takes 3 seconds to cast and you cannot move meanwhile; taking damage cancels it.
Tips
- The target monster must be alive somewhere in the world; otherwise you are told to try again later.
- Restricted zones and some boss monsters cannot be targeted.
- For a fixed list of towns and hunting grounds use .tp instead.
