Skills & Buffs

Learning

Правило	В оригинале	Здесь
Learning skills	Visit a trainer to learn each skill.	Skills are learned automatically when you level up.
Spellbooks	Most skills need a spellbook.	Spellbooks are not needed. Auto Sell sells the ones you pick up to the Merchant.
Divine Inspiration	Needs a spellbook.	No spellbook needed.

Buffs

Правило	В оригинале	Здесь
Songs, dances and augment buffs	Songs and dances take normal buff slots.	Songs and dances have their own 12 slots, and augment buffs have 1 slot - none of them use up normal buff slots.
Buff duration	Most buffs last 20 minutes.	Buffs last 90 minutes, and VIP players get 600 minutes.
Noblesse Blessing	Takes a buff slot and has a 4 second cast that depends on casting speed.	Takes no buff slot and always casts in 2 seconds, for every class.
Potions	Potion effects can take a buff slot.	Healing over time and potion effects take no buff slot.
Cancel / Bane	Buffs removed by Cancel are gone.	Removed buffs come back after 10 seconds with the time they had left, also after a death that kept your buffs (Noblesse Blessing, Farm Zones, arenas) or a teleport - they return once you are back on your feet. A death that removes all your buffs takes them too, and they never return in the Olympiad.
Disable duration	Silence, Sleep, Root, Paralyze and Fear last their full time on players.	On players and their summons they last 35% of the normal time (a 30 second Silence lasts 11 seconds), never less than 5 seconds. Monsters are not affected. Not applied in the Olympiad.

Casting

Правило	В оригинале	Здесь
Minimum cast time	Cast time never gets below 0.5 seconds.	There is no minimum: cast speed keeps scaling.
Toggle skills	Using a toggle stops your movement.	Toggles can be used while running.
Healing and cleansing bosses	Player heals and Cleanse can target raid bosses.	Player heals, MP restores and Cleanse do nothing on raid bosses, grand bosses and their minions.
Raid curse	Raid curse can hit players inside instances.	The raid curse does not apply inside instances.

Class Skills

Правило	В оригинале	Здесь
Festive Sweeper	Not available.	Scavenger learns Festive Sweeper at level 28: it sweeps every spoiled corpse around the target at once.
Mana Burn / Mana Storm	Reuse gets shorter with casting speed.	Reuse is fixed (8 and 10 seconds), and they never land a magic critical. In the Olympiad the reuse follows casting speed as usual.
Aggression / Aura of Hate	Reuse follows attack speed everywhere.	Reuse follows attack speed, but is fixed at 3 seconds in the Olympiad.
Dash	80 seconds reuse.	Reuse is 3 times longer (240 seconds). In the Olympiad it stays at 80 seconds.
Bluff	The target always turns its back.	The turn-back can be resisted: it uses the same roll as the stun.
Dagger classes armor	Any armor type can be worn.	Treasure Hunter, Plainswalker, Abyss Walker and their third classes can only wear Light armor. Heavy armor and Robes come off automatically. Not applied in the Olympiad.
Class PvP damage	No class gets extra PvP damage.	Duelist +5%, Grand Khavatari +5% damage against players. Not applied in the Olympiad.
