VIP Perks

Type .vip or .donate (or visit the Donation Manager NPC) to open the Donate Hub.
The VIP tab shows one card per VIP level with its main perks; Compare levels lists every perk of levels 1, 2 and 3 side by side.
Your VIP level, its expiry date and your Adena balance are shown at the top of every tab.

XP rate: x1.1 / x1.25 / x1.7 and SP rate: x1.1 / x1.25 / x1.7 (VIP 1 / 2 / 3).
Adena rate: x1.1 / x1.25 / x1.7, drop rate: x1.1 / x1.25 / x1.7.
Enchant chance bonus: +2 / 6 / 14% (VIP 1 / 2 / 3).
Weight limit: x1.2 / x1.6 / x2.8, inventory slots: +20 / +50 / +90.
Auction House: extra listings +10 / +30 / +70, lower house cut -1.1% / -1.25% / -1.7%.
Mail: extra sends per day +10 / +30 / +70, extra inbox +50 / +150 / +350.
Teleport prices are multiplied by x0.95 / x0.85 / x0.65 and buff prices by x0.95 / x0.85 / x0.65 (VIP 1 / 2 / 3).
Donate Hub item prices: -0% / -5% / -10%.
Donate Hub service prices: -0% / -5% / -10%.

Some systems open only to VIPs on this server; each guide shows a VIP tag when that applies.
VIPs are exempt from the chat flood limit.
VIP status ends on its expiry date and the perks stop with it.

Open the VIP tab. Each level card has one button per duration, with its price.
Press a duration button. The next page shows the price, your balance after the purchase and the new expiry date.
Press Confirm. The price is taken in Adena.
Buying your current level extends it; buying a higher level upgrades it and keeps your remaining time.

The price is taken from the Adena in your inventory, so have enough before you confirm.

Items tab: pick a category, then press View on an item.
Choose a quantity (up to 100 per purchase). The page shows the total in Adena and your balance after the purchase.
Press Buy. The item goes straight to your inventory.
Services tab: press Buy next to a service, check the price, then press Confirm.
History tab: every VIP package, item and service bought on your account, newest first.

VIP discount on items: -0% / -5% / -10% (VIP 1 / 2 / 3). A few items may be excluded.
VIP discount on services: -0% / -5% / -10% (VIP 1 / 2 / 3). The prices below are before the discount.
Noblesse status: 500 Adena
Hero status for 7 days: 800 Adena
Character rename: 300 Adena
Sex change: 150 Adena
Karma cleanse: 100 Adena
PK count cleanse: 200 Adena
Clan level boost (clan leader only): 700 Adena

Some items need a VIP level; they show as Locked until you have it.
An item cannot be bought without enough free inventory slots and weight; the page tells you why before you pay.
Services cannot be bought while dead, in combat, trading or in the Olympiad.
A service you already have (for example Noblesse, or karma at 0) shows as unavailable.
Rename accepts 1-16 letters and numbers, and the name must be free.
