Donations are voluntary and the coins are delivered at once, so a donation is normally final. These are the cases where we fix or return a payment.
When we refund or fix
- Paid but not delivered: if PayPal took the payment and the coins did not arrive by in-game mail, staff deliver them. Give your order number on Discord. If delivery is not possible, the payment is returned.
- Charged twice for one order: the extra payment is returned.
- A payment made without the account owner's permission: contact us first; we return it and remove the coins or what was bought with them.
When we do not
- Coins that were delivered and used, a change of mind, a ban for breaking the rules, or leaving the server.
- A wipe or the end of a season, where one is announced in advance for that server.
Chargebacks
- Please contact staff before opening a dispute with PayPal: most problems are solved in a day. An account whose payment is disputed or reversed is locked until the matter is settled, and the coins from that payment are removed.
How to ask
- Write to staff on Discord or to the staff on our Discord server with your account name and the order number shown on the Donate page.
