Loot Boxes

Comando: .lootbox

Kill monsters in the Farm Zones (.farmzone). They drop adena and a loot box instead of a long list of rare items.
Double-click a box in your bag, or type .lootbox (also .box), to open its window.
The window lists everything the box can give with the exact chance of each reward. The odds are the same for every player; VIP and event bonuses only make boxes drop more often.
Press Open 1, 10 or All (up to 100 per click). Every box gives exactly one reward, straight into your bag.
If your bag is full the opening stops and the rest of your boxes stay unopened. Nothing is ever lost.

Common Loot Box: Safe zone monsters. Rare or Jackpot chance 16.0%. Pity after 15 boxes.
Rare Loot Box: PvP zone monsters, raid bosses 70+ and grand bosses. Rare or Jackpot chance 18.4%. Pity after 15 boxes.
Epic Loot Box: PvP zone World Boss (two per kill) and grand bosses. Rare or Jackpot chance 54.5%.
Raid bosses of level 70 and above in the open world also drop: 1 x Rare Loot Box (30.0%);
Grand boss Gigantic Chaos Golem: 1 x Rare Loot Box (50.0%); 1 x Epic Loot Box (10.0%);
Grand boss Queen Ant, Core, Orfen: 1-2 x Rare Loot Box (100.0%); 1 x Epic Loot Box (10.0%);
Grand boss Antharas, Valakas: 4-6 x Rare Loot Box (100.0%); 2 x Epic Loot Box (100.0%);
Grand boss Baium, Scarlet van Halisha: 3-5 x Rare Loot Box (100.0%); 1 x Epic Loot Box (100.0%);
Grand boss Zaken, Sailren: 2-3 x Rare Loot Box (100.0%); 1 x Epic Loot Box (25.0%);

Rewards are Common, Rare or Jackpot. The window shows the chance of each band.
Pity: after a number of boxes of one kind without a Rare or Jackpot reward, the next box of that kind is guaranteed one. The counter is per account and shown on the box page.
A Jackpot reward is announced to the whole server.
Boxes can be traded, sold in a private store, listed on the Auction House or sent by mail. Open them only when you want the reward.
The Log tab keeps your account's openings for 30 days.
